Notifications Not Working
Steps to fix notification issues and get your reminders working again.
Quick Check
Before detailed troubleshooting, verify these basics:
- Lova has notification permission in device settings
- Do Not Disturb mode is off
- Notifications are enabled in Lova app settings
1 iOS Notification Settings
On iPhone or iPad, check these settings:
- 1 Open Settings → Lova
- 2 Tap Notifications
- 3 Enable 'Allow Notifications'
- 4 Enable Sounds, Badges, and Banners

If using Focus mode, make sure Lova is allowed to send notifications during your active Focus.

Many Android devices aggressively kill background apps. Disable battery optimization for Lova to ensure timely notifications.

Even if device permissions are correct, check Lova's internal settings:

- 3 Enable Daily Logging Reminder (if desired)
