Data Rights Questions

How long does deletion take?
Deletion is instant. When you delete your data in Lova, it's immediately removed from your device. There are no servers to wait for, no 30-day retention periods, no backup copies to purge.
Can I request my data from Lova (like GDPR)?
You don't need to request your data - you already have it! All your data is on your device. Just export it in your preferred format (FHIR, CSV, or JSON) anytime you want.
What format should I use for my doctor?
Use FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) export. This is the standard format for healthcare data exchange and can be imported by most modern electronic health record systems.
How do I sync between devices without cloud?
Lova supports direct device-to-device sync over your local network, via QR code pairing, or through encrypted file export/import. Your data never touches any cloud server.
